Shipping anywhere outside of the Victoria Region is $10 or

FREE if your purchase is over $100.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping can range between 2 and 14 days. Caitlynn will ship your orders within 1 or 2 business days. Unfortunately, once it leaves our hands we can no longer be responsible for length of time for the package to reach its destination. If you need to have your package expedited, please contact us for options. There will be an additional fee for expedited service.


Exchanges & Returns


Aren’t in love with your choice? No problem! We’ll be happy to exchange it for you. We want you to be 100% satisfied! Simply contact us to get an authorization code, and you can send them back to us for a store credit within 14 days of recieving your purchase. Please keep the tags on, and return it to us in unwashed, unaltered, unworn condition and we will happily provide a store credit or exchange. You may exchange for any pattern of your choosing provided the price is the same as your original purchase.  If you are returning due to change of mind, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Although we are more than happy to replace your product, we cannot incur the cost of the return.


If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within the first 3 days of receipt to provide details. You will be required to provide a copy of your purchase receipt, pictures and/or description of damage/defect, name and address.


If your product has any wear or tear within the first 30 days that you believe is not up to our quality promise, please email us. You will be required to provide a copy of your purchase receipt, pictures and/or description of damage/defect, name and address.


We reserve the right to decide whether the item qualifies for exchange due to damage or defect. We will process your claim and you will be notified of our decision. If your return has been approved, you will be provided with an authorization code to send in with your return. You can then send the merchandise back to us for another selection of your choice (of equal value).  If the product is being returned to us due to damage or defect, and your claim has been approved, we will provide you with an authorization code and a return shipping label.


We will try our best to replace your leggings for the same pattern; however, try as we might, this may not always be possible.  In this instance, we will be happy to replace your purchase with another selection of your choice (of equal value). You may also choose a store credit to be redeemed when you do find that perfect fit, or when the style you love comes back in-stock. Thank you for your understanding.


All returns will be offered a store credit or exchange.
